Remote Services


The Remote Service level comes with a couple nice add-ons for your business, listed below.
In addition to that, it is primarily meant to help you control your support cost throughout the year.
All support that is accomplished by our team remotely will be included in your monthly fee.
On-site time will be billed separately, and you will be notified before those charges are incurred.
Any charges incurred for onsite support will be invoiced separately on the 1st and 15th of each month.
