Meet the Team
Business Technology Consultant
Casey started his IT career in 2005 doing help desk and field support, learning small businesses and what is required to build and maintain their technology from the ground up. Later he joined a leading IBM partner and he was assigned clients over a six-state territory, providing traditional IT services, as well as enterprise projects.
Presented with an opportunity in 2012 to learn Managed IT Services as a new proactive way to provide IT services to small business, he jumped at the chance. Casey has spent the last 8 years learning and producing Managed IT Services for hundreds of businesses around Central Texas and Kentucky.

Chief Technology Officer
Dave Lynch has more than a decade of computer service experience and 8+ years in the managed IT services field. Dave has been an avid computer enthusiast since he was a teenager (which was awhile ago!). Dave is a serial entrepreneur and has been self-employed most of his career, so after working for several Austin-area managed service providers, he decided to join Heart of Texas IT.
In addition to IT support services, Dave supervises the website design arm of the business. He believes that listening to the customer and their business needs is what makes HOT IT such a good partner for your business.
Tim joined HOT IT in early 2018 but has been working in IT since 2016.
He has an associate’s degree in Information Sciences and Technology with an endorsement certificate in Security and Risk Analysis from The Penn State University.
Tim is also a CompTIA IT Operations Specialist, holding CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications.

With years of experience in customer service, Sarah serves as the primary point of contact for the company. She loves hearing from our customers, and is dedicated to helping them with whatever they may need.
Being known as a utility player for most of her life, Sarah thrives at helping her team and customers succeed. Whether you need the schedule an appointment, update a website or simply get a little more information, she’s got you covered.
